Our practice uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support our clients. These may include Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and others. Your counsellor will discuss their specific approach with you and will work collaboratively to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs and goals. To protect your confidentiality, please ensure you are in a private space where you will not be overheard or interrupted.
